What options are available within The Refresh Club?
The Refresh Club offers two experiences:
The Refresh Club · Edit
A strategic refresh using your existing Shopify theme.
The Refresh Club · Signature
A full redesign using a new premium Shopify theme.
What is the difference between Edit and Signature?
Edit improves what already exists while using your existing theme.
If your site still feels aligned but needs clarity and optimization, Edit is the right fit.
Signature redesigns your website entirely including a new Shopify theme.
If your site feels outdated, misaligned, or restrictive, Signature is recommended.
Will my existing products and content be kept?
Yes. Products, collections, and essential content are retained and reorganized into a clearer structure.
Will my site be offline during the process?
No. All work is completed in a development environment and goes live only once approved.
Do I need to have everything prepared before we start?
No. We can begin with what you have. I’ll guide you through anything you might need along the way.
Will this help my sales?
A cleaner, clearer experience naturally improves conversions, trust, and time spent on site - all of which support more sales.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is due after implementation and prior to launch.
What if I want extra features outside The Refresh Club?
If you need additional custom sections and features, deeper strategy, or additional pages, we can quote these separately.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. A 2 weeks post-launch support period is included.
Ongoing support is available separately.
